You’d be joining a team of engineers that are out supporting and collectively working with other departments.
A typical day will consist of reactive maintenance ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum, as well as being responsible for planned maintenance across the site and crossing into continuous improvement and reliability. But, as an experienced Maintenance Engineer this won’t be anything you’re not used to!
You’ll be maintaining and repairing conveyors, multi-head weighers and packaging machinery. This role would suit someone who has an eye for improvements as opposed to just repairs.
To recap, the ideal candidate will have.
- A recognised Engineering Qualification
- Experience working within a fast-paced Food or FMCG Manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge and understanding of both Electrical and Mechanical repairs and a good eye for continuous improvement.
