Maintenance Engineer – Nights
Salary: £54,000 + Bonus
Location: Lincolnshire
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a proactive and forward-thinking engineer to join an experienced team on the night shift.
The Role:

Perform planned and preventative maintenance across the site to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Respond swiftly to reactive maintenance issues, keeping downtime to a minimum.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and reliability across the production process.

Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, diagnosing faults and implementing solutions to maintain production flow.
What We’re Looking For:

A recognised engineering qualification, such as HNC/HND/ONC, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or time-served apprenticeship.

Experience working in a fast-paced Food or FMCG manufacturing environment.

A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and reliability.

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
