An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled CNC Machinist Programmer to join a well-established, clean, and modern machine shop manufacturing high-precision components, primarily for the aerospace industry. This role offers a mix of offline programming and hands-on machining, ideal for someone who enjoys working on small batch sizes and one-off components.

Your Role:
- Offline programming up to 5 axis components
- Setting up first-off components on the machines as needed.
- Working on small batch sizes and one-off precision parts.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in aerospace-standard machining.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in offline programming, ideally with MasterCAM, but other programmes considered.
- Strong background in precision CNC machining.
- Ability to set up and inspect first-off components.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
