At The Collective Network, we specialise in connecting top-tier talent with forward-thinking companies in the food manufacturing industry. We’re looking for a Technical Manager to take ownership of product safety, compliance, and quality improvements within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your Role:
- Serve as the go-to technical contact for retail partners, ensuring swift responses and issue resolution.
- Lead the implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain the highest compliance standards.
- Develop and embed a quality-focused culture across the site, ensuring technical excellence.
- Manage and report on key customer KPIs, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the accuracy of product specifications, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
- Lead the HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams, reinforcing food safety protocols.
- Analyse microbiological data trends and implement proactive measures to prevent deviations.
- Drive best practices in hygiene management, ensuring a consistently high standard.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all non-conformances are resolved effectively.
- Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
