You’ll be joining an expanding and supportive engineering team at a time of real investment and growth. Working a 4on 4off rotating shift pattern (days and nights), you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site. With a strong emphasis on internal development and progression, this business is looking for engineers who want to be part of something long-term and impactful.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
- Responding quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
- Working closely with production teams to support smooth and efficient operations
- Identifying and delivering improvements to help futureproof performance
What you’ll need:
- Level 3 qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
- A proactive mindset with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A multi-skilled approach – or a solid electrical bias with mechanical understanding
