I'm currently working on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Cambridgeshire for a Technical Manager position. The company are industry leading, This role has strong customer interaction through audits and visits. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards throughout the factory.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the key technical point of contact for major retail and foodservice customer
- Managing customer technical audits, site visits and queries
- Handling complaints and non-conformances
- Maintaining customer codes of practice and food legislation in the factory
Experience needed:
- Previous experience working as a Technical Manager within Food/FMCG
- Proven record leading audits and customer visits
