What You’ll Be Doing

Keeping a large-scale, modern facility running smoothly through planned maintenance and swift reactive repairs.

Supporting continuous improvement projects—including equipment upgrades and efficiency optimisations.

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and implementing lasting solutions.

Collaborating across departments to uphold safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Playing a key role in maintaining the high technical and quality standards the site is known for.
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of practical experience in a manufacturing or production setting.

Qualifications such as:

City & Guilds in Engineering (or equivalent)

HNC or NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electrical)

18th Edition (ideal if you’re electrically biased)

A solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems.

A proactive, hands-on problem solver with strong teamwork and communication skills.
