This isn’t a desk-only gig. You’ll dive into new product launches, structural packaging improvements, and cost-saving initiatives, while keeping an eye on sustainability and quality. Hands-on, fast-paced, and cross-functional—basically, if you like a challenge, this is your playground.
What You’ll Actually Do:

Turn briefs into real-world packaging solutions that check all the boxes (literally).

Pitch your brilliant concepts to clients like a packaging rockstar.

Lead trials, travel tests, and ensure product launches hit the mark.

Manage artwork and print runs across internal and retailer platforms.

Own packaging specs, BRC certifications, and waste reporting.

Hunt down cost-saving opportunities alongside procurement.

Be the go-to technical packaging guru across two production sites.
Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years as a Packaging Technologist in food manufacturing.

Seafood or protein experience? Even better.
-
A master of juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

Understanding of own label vs. branded processes.
-
Flexible, mobile, and not afraid of a bit of travel between sites.

Full driving licence.

A communication ninja with project management chops.
