Are you an experienced Production Line Leader or Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to step into a thriving food manufacturing company that’s on the rise.
In this role, you’ll join a stable and well-organised environment that’s expanding and requires additional management support. Reporting to the Nights Production Shift Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all production activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to a small operation team, ensuring clear communication and effective supervision
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of your production area, making sure all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Uphold stringent Health & Safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance across all operations
- Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and ensure seamless operations
- Utilise your organisational skills and initiative to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in a similar role within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the organisation
- Excellent at planning and executing tasks both independently and as part of a team
