I’m currently working with a leading food manufacturer in Peterborough who are looking to add a Quality Coordinator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers brilliant progression prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing the company’s quality systems, making sure everything runs like clockwork when it comes to compliance, audits, and product standards.
Day to day, you’ll be:

Managing and improving systems to ensure compliance with food safety and customer requirements

Ensuring full traceability and investigating any customer complaints

Overseeing daily Quality Control checks across production

Keeping all specifications and compliance documentation accurate and up to date

Conducting internal audits and supporting external/regulatory audits and visits

Promoting good manufacturing practice (GMP) and hygiene across the site

Carrying out finished goods checks to ensure standards are met

Playing an active role in the HACCP team

Supporting the continuous improvement of the overall Quality System
About You:
You’ll ideally have experience within a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment and a solid understanding of food safety standards.
Most importantly, you’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards.
