Here’s a solid opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a well-run site with a stable workload, strong team culture, and no shift work.
Working as part of a small, hands-on engineering team, you’ll carry out planned maintenance and tackle any reactive issues that come up, all within a structured and supportive environment. With a monthly on-call rota (shared across the team), this role offers excellent work/life balance and long-term stability.
What You’ll Get:

The Role:
- Carrying out routine PPMs to keep machinery and systems running smoothly
- Responding to breakdowns and completing fault-finding and repairs across site equipment
- Supporting continuous improvements and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Time-served Engineer with either mechanical or electrical bias
- Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, food, packaging, or similar
- Confident fault-finder, happy working independently and as part of a team
