The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Diagnosing and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Minimising downtime and keeping production running efficiently
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
- Supporting a proactive maintenance culture on site
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Engineering qualification
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background
- Experience within food manufacturing (or similar FMCG environment preferred)
- Confident fault-finding ability
- A team player with a proactive mindset
