We're partnering with a thriving Food Manufacturing business in South Lincolnshire that's created a brand new SHE Manager role.
Building almost from scratch, with real authority and genuine senior backing.
Whether you're already at Manager level or you're a SHE Advisor or Lead ready to take that next step, this is the role to grow into and make your own.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full SHE agenda across site — owning it.
- Partnering with the SLT to shape and deliver strategy
- Driving risk management, investigations, and meaningful root cause analysis
- Building practical policies and systems people actually use
- Creating training that changes behaviour, not just ticks boxes
- Using data and KPIs to spot trends and drive continuous improvement
- Coaching and growing SHE capability across the wider team
What you'll bring:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), or actively working towards it
- A background in FMCG, food, or fast-paced manufacturing
