I'm working with a growing FMCG manufacturer that's investing in its people, processes and future. They're looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of a busy production area, lead from the front and continue driving standards across safety, quality, people and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact rather than simply keeping the wheels turning.

What are they looking for?
You'll already be operating as a Production Manager or an experienced Production Shift Manager within food manufacturing and be comfortable leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also bring:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams

Experience improving KPIs across safety, quality, productivity and waste

A continuous improvement mindset with practical LEAN experience

Project or change management experience would be advantageous

Six Sigma Green Belt or similar would be beneficial, but isn't essential
