You’re a machinist, you deserve to be paid for every hour you work and also deserve to be paid at a premium for the extra hours you’ve worked……well here you get that. Every hour you work over 40 hours in the week you get paid at a rate of 1.5. Also you may have a young family, evening/weekend commitments well this is a days only role working 7.30am to 4pm Mon to Fri. You may have seen the excitement of the F1 in recent weeks well here you will be manufacturing components that could well have an impact in how the next F1 season pans out.

You’ll be coming in here with 5+ years experience of 5 axis machining and have experience of using heidenhain or fanuc controls. You won’t have to worry about offline programming as they have an experienced team doing this for you, if this is something you would like to get involved with then future opportunities could be an option in the years to come. This is a metallics focused role so you’ll need experience of working with a variety of metallic materials.

You will be part of an established sub con who have recently moved into a newly specially fitted out workshop in a suburb of Milton Keynes. They run an open door policy and you can expect team meetings where suggestions are able to be made.
