An opportunity has arisen for a Site Reliability Lead to take ownership of the engineering department through quality, cost, health & safety and maintainability.
This opportunity will sit within a brand new facility in the Huntingdon area as they enter into Industry 4.0! Once the site is up and running you’ll be responsible for an array of new kit including conveyors, robotics and AGV’s.
The Reliability Lead will be an integral part of the team and sit at the heart of the engineering function. You’ll be heavily involved in the early equipment process and take ownership of developing the preventative maintenance plan. You’ll monitor plant performance/efficiencies, deliver technical support to the wider engineering team, ensure the CMMS system is being used effectively to develop a strong preventative maintenance plan and support capital projects across the site.
Whilst developing and improving asset improvement plans to improve OEE by reducing unplanned downtime, you’ll also ensure maintenance standards are kept in line with audit requirements.
You’ll be the go-to person on site for any controls issues and be responsible for all Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA).
What will you need to fulfil the role? A recognised qualification in Engineering, ideally Electrical/Electronics. Experience in PM Optimisation, Six Sigma Methodology, Condition Based Monitoring and Controls & Automation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a project from the ground up as we enter the next stage of manufacturing!
