This is your chance to be an integral part of building some unique and exciting projects across the Motorsport and Automotive industries. As the Process Engineer, you will be working closely with design engineers and the car build technicians to define the build process and ensure it is as efficient as possible so cars are built as smoothly as possible. This can range from defining tooling requirements, composing build manuals, all the way through to managing the time frame of a small volume production runs.
You will be working for a company with an esteemed history within the Motorsport and Automotive industries. In terms of experience, you’ll need to have experience in a process or manufacturing engineering style role, ideally within a production environment. With the nature of the work being bias towards car build an understand of the various sub assemblies and car components would be required. Naturally with a Process improvement role, you will have to be confident in introducing lean processes, be quick-thinking and comfortable with tackling a wide array of challenges.
