Simply put, we think this is one of the best engineering roles we’ve had all year.
Firstly, how you would like to work Monday to Friday, during core hours? As rare as it is in the engineering world, that’s exactly what we’re offering. On top of that, you’ll be working for a new start up SME Food business with big plans to expand over the next few years.
Working for a true innovator in their industry – already supplying to the major retailers – this food manufacturer is really going places.
In this Site Engineer role, you’ll be working on both PPM’s & breakdowns but will also be getting involved in other exciting parts like, commission, install & continuous improvement too.
You will need to be electrically qualified for this, due to the nature of the equipment but as with many exciting start up projects, you may need to wear many hats whilst this company is growing. Attitude is everything, working with a small driven team you will act as the sole engineering presence onsite and the go to resource.
Equipment maintenance – both PPM & reactive
Site & factory maintenance
Being pro-active towards PPMs
Completing compliance paperwork
Requirements for this role:
Exposure in FMCG manufacturing – ideally food
Electrical qualified – NQV or equivalent
An understanding of food safety/hygiene
If you’d like more information on this role, please get in touch with the team.
