Dayam Ali
Senior Consultant

I am a specialist Finance & Accountancy Recruiter, supporting both clients and candidates across East Anglia and Midland regions. With over 6 years of experience, I focus on building strong, lasting relationships by offering a consultative and transparent approach. I recruit across a broad spectrum of roles, from Part-Qualified Finance opportunities all the way through to Senior Level whether it’s an interim assignment or permanent.

My Advice

My guiding principle is to always work with transparency. I believe that open, honest communication with both candidates and clients is the foundation of every successful placement. By truly understanding the needs, goals, and challenges on both sides, I’m able to deliver tailored solutions that lead to long-term success. That’s where the real value of recruitment lies and it’s where every great partnership begins.

My Background

With 6 years of experience in Accountancy and Finance recruitment and having placed over 300 people in roles they’re truly passionate about. I’ve built a strong reputation in the industry. My journey began after graduating from Newcastle University and stepping into the world of work with a clear goal: to make a real difference by supporting people and creating meaningful impact.

Recruitment has allowed me to do just that. I go above and beyond for both my clients and candidates, ensuring every interaction is efficient, professional, and tailored to their needs. My focus is on making the process seamless from start to finish, matching the right talent with the right opportunities, quickly and with care.

How we work

The recruitment industry traditionally places candidates into vacancies. It’s transactional, cold and rushed.

The Collective Network rejects this way of working.

The TCN ethos is to connect people with people.

It’s warm, human and successful.
