HOW WE WORK
Keep it simple and offer an excellent service. That’s our pledge at The Collective Network.
Simply offering excellent service is how we like to work as we believe this is the only way to bring the best results. We encourage partnerships with our clients and candidates, creating an environment where both parties can be open and honest – ultimately helping to achieve the desired result.
We like to work as an extension of your team. The more insight we have to you and your business, or the better we know a candidate, the more informed we are to make recommendations.
Why The Collective Network?
The Collective Network brand is built on core values which are reflected in everything we do.
Credibility – quite simply, this is at the core of our philosophy. Being the ear to the ground in the market and giving sound, credible advice to both clients and candidates. If we are unable to help you, we will be honest and say so. This is the only way to build solid and essential trust between you and us.
Excellence – striving for excellence ensures nothing is left to chance, and no good opportunity is left unassessed. It also means that the best solutions are tailored to our clients and our candidates.
Consultative – listening to our clients and candidates needs and sharing our industry knowledge and expertise. We are a value-adding service, operating as the market experts in your specialist industry.
Customer-focused – your business is our business. Going above and beyond to deliver is what has helped us build our trusted reputation.
Our bespoke service
We appreciate that what works for one person will not work for all, so our services are tailored to suit each client and candidate accordingly. From small to large-scale hires, account management to a master vendor, right through to retained searches – we adapt to suit your business.
Contingency – this is the traditional approach where we carry out screening and evaluate the best talent available for the position
Retained assignments – this is typically a headhunting approach and is traditionally used for senior appointments
Contract/interim assignments – this suits short term requirements or project lead recruitment
