Position Overview: We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who is not just experienced in the technical aspects of maintenance but is also passionate about fostering a positive and transformative culture within the team. Responsibilities:

Strategic Maintenance Planning:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall business goals.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.

Team Development:
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance for professional and personal development.
- Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill the maintenance team.
- Encourage a learning culture that values innovation and embraces new technologies.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement best practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safety-first mindset within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a FMCG/Food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully driving culture change.
- Passion for creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
