Interested in project planning, managing budgets, innovative thinking towards reliability, analysis and review of maintenance schedules, collaborate with production to meet drive performance, and foster team development, and more. This is for you!!!
We're searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead on all engineering aspects within a manufacturing company. This role calls for someone ready to drive change, engage in hands-on improvement projects, and mentor a talented engineering team.
To be considered for the position, you'd need –
- Proven leadership in engineering.
- Background in either Food or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in managing CAPEX budgets and project execution.
- Experience in cost reduction, reliability and continuous improvement method.
- Ability to influence change effectively.
What you'll get –
