Calling all Junior CNC Programmers! If you are currently an offline programmer in the early stages of your career or currently programming, setting & operating, then this could be the perfect position for you. You will be joining a dynamic programming team, for a forward-thinking business that can offer great rewards and progression opportunities in return for your hard work and engineering expertise.
The Role;
You will be working on specialist CAM software to create 3, 4 & complex 5 axis programs for the machine shop. This is using Hypermill and Vericut software, however training on this will be provided so any CAM experience will be considered here! You can expect to create programs, machining a variety of materials including Aluminum, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steel & Titanium to name a few.
What we need from you;
- CAM software experience – all software would be considered (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, Hypermill, Catia, Edgecam, Fusion360, etc.).
- Strong understanding of machining principles and overall engineering knowledge
- Either machined or created programs for metallics machining.
