Role Overview:
As a Reliability Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and compliance. From leading maintenance strategies to growing stakeholder relationships, you’d be at the heart of driving operational excellence and making the process as lean and efficient as it can be.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause analysis and maintenance strategy development.
- Manage equipment overhaul programs and OEM relationships.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Procurement and management of critical spares for equipment.
- Liaising across the engineering department to ensure a high level of conditioned based monitoring on processes to drive continuous improvements.
What you’ll need:
- Relevant Engineering qualification.
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
