A desserts food manufacturer in Leicester is experiencing huge growth. This company needs an NPD Technologist from Monday to Friday to aid this expansion and contribute to the development of new products in the business.

What you will need:
- Experience in a chilled food manufacturing environment
- The understanding of being in high-care surroundings
- To have taken food products from concept to launch
Responsibilities:
- Help create NPD recipes with cost reduction, recipe & raw material improvement in mind
- Manage the product funnel
- Fill the NPD pipeline
- Contribute to internal & external presentations
- Working with own label and brand
- Liaison with various departments that aid the NPD process
- Responsible for the completion of paperwork to track the performance of new products
